Welcome to our platform — a combined social media, business, and content creation platform. By using our services, you agree to follow all rules listed here. These terms apply to all users, including creators, businesses, advertisers, and general users.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years oldto use this platform. Users below this age may not create an account, post content, or interact in any manner.

3. Content Rules & Zero-Tolerance Policy (EULA)

Our platform operates under a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for objectionable, harmful, or abusive behavior on Sosay. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sexual content, nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material
• Violence, abuse, physical harm, graphic or disturbing images
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, racism, or discrimination
• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, or threatening language and behavior
• Threats, intimidation, or promotion of self-harm or violence against others
• Drug use, weapons, illegal activities, or human exploitation
• Misleading information, scams, phishing, fraud, or impersonation
• Spam, automated bots, malware, or malicious activity
• Extremist propaganda, terrorism promotion, or radicalization
• Unauthorized advertisements or commercial exploitation

4. User-Generated Content

Users are fully responsible for the content they upload. By posting content on our platform, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use the content
• Your content does not violate copyrights or trademarks
• Your content follows community guidelines
• You grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the platform

5. Content Creator & Influencer Rules

If you publish content professionally or earn money through the platform, you must follow these additional terms:

• Sponsored posts must be clearly labeled as “Sponsored” or “Paid Partnership”
• No fake engagement (bot followers, likes, views)
• No misleading financial advice or dangerous challenges
• Creators must follow advertising laws of their region
• No unauthorized selling of user data or private communications

6. Business & Brand Accounts

Businesses using the platform for marketing, selling products, or providing services must follow:

• Accuracy in product descriptions and offers
• No deceptive marketing or false claims
• No selling illegal, restricted, or harmful products
• Business communication must remain professional

7. Advertising & Promotional Content

Advertisers and brands must comply with:

• Truth-in-advertising laws
• No misleading discounts or fake offers
• No adult, violent, or illegal product promotions
• Clear disclosure of paid promotions and sponsorships

8. Safety, User Moderation & Blocking (Apple Guideline 1.2)

To protect our community and provide a safe social environment, our platform equips all users with direct content moderation controls:

• Flagging / Reporting Content: Users can flag any post, reel, comment, or message using the in-app Report button. Reported content is immediately submitted to our moderation queue.
• Blocking Abusive Users: Users can block any abusive or offending user directly from their profile or post menu. Blocking an abusive user instantly removes and filters all of their posts, comments, and messages from your feed and profile views, while simultaneously alerting our moderation team.
• 24-Hour Moderation Turnaround: Our team reviews and acts upon all objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Offending content will be permanently removed, and abusive users will be ejected and banned.
• Immediate Account Termination: Users who post objectionable content or repeatedly harass others are subject to immediate, permanent account suspension without warning.

9. Data Collection & Analytics

We collect essential data to improve user experience, personalize content, and ensure platform safety. Usage includes:

• Basic profile information
• Activity data such as posts, likes, comments
• Business account analytics
• Creator performance metrics

10. Account Deletion, Suspension & Termination

In compliance with privacy standards and Apple App Store Review Guidelines, all users have the right and ability to permanently delete their account at any time directly through the app (accessible under Settings > Activity > Delete Account). Upon account deletion, all personal data, profile information, and user-generated posts will be permanently purged from our active systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate any part of these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. No refunds will be issued for paid features if termination occurs due to violations.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
